This year James has supported Action Medical Research by taking part in the Tony Hadley Golf Classic. Whilst he is rubbish at golf, the event raised many thousands of pounds for an extremely worthwhile charitable cause that supports the very best medical research into finding breakthroughs in medicine and surgery. James worked with Barclays Bank to launch their "Best of the Best" charity auction in support of the Fifteen Foundation, the charity set up by Jamie Oliver to train up youngsters from difficult or underprivileged backgrounds as chefs [ http://www.fifteenfoundation.org ].

James also supported World Jewish Relief's Come Dancing Event by hosting the evening with an aim to raise considerable sums for this very effective and worthwhile cause supporting the most vulnerable groups in a variety of locations with a wide array of support. James hosted the World Jewish Relief Annual Dinner on Monday 9th Novermber 2009  [ http://www.worldjewishrelief.org.uk ].
